Again, I started out rather late. I go to sleep rather late at nights and as such wake up late. But in a way it is a good thing as I will consume less calories. I realized that when I am feeling hungry, that the best things for me to do would be to either eat jello, fruit or even a piece of celery.

Like everyone else, I have a serious sweet tooth. This is where I either grab a piece of fruit or yogart to satisfy my cravings and fill me up  as well.

FRUIT PRESERVATION

Fruits are a very important step in the diet of everyone. It not only allows the necessry fiber needs in our body to cleanse it and keep us regular, but gives us the necessary means for the sugar tooth we all have.

I have found that some fruits may be a bit easy to spoil and have decided that I can clean,  package and freeze fo fute use. By doing this, they areat my fingertips when I need to make a smoothe. I can easily take what I need, whenever I need it. Saving time

So I've reached to day 4 of my diet. I had a late start today so my calorie intake should be less today. My day started with a salad. Let's see today's promisses.

DAY 3

Okay, so I made it all the way to day 3. YAYYYYY!!!!!  I am truly happy about this. I would like to set up a personl challenge for myself to do more than doing a brisk walk exercise. Now that will be difficult for me due to my spinal injury.

 

Either way I have to do more exercises to do the job right, physical therapy isn't workig for me. Wish me luck, God knows I need it.

Okay, so now I've come to day 2 of this weighloss program.

Yesterday, I fell of the wagon but stll triedto keepup with it as best as I can. Haveyou ever noticed, thatevery time you decid to eat less or healthy, you tend t feel more and more hungry. Yeah!...that was me yesterday.

 

Today however, I have a wide range of different fruits and also I am going to try some healthy smoothies reciepies I found yesterday. I also am basically enticing my

Starting Today

I have decided to start my weight loss challenge today. I worry because I have chronic back pains and know that I am in for a world of hurt. But I want to do this for me!

Go figure!

I weighed a measiy 95 pounds from the age of 14 through 29 years of age and now  am a whopping 160 lbs. and with it we have all the other health complaints coming in with it. Yeah...I'm losing this weight for me. Not for the love of my life, nor my childre
