I've been working my program for 5 weeks now and I've lost 22.4 lbs.  I'm feeling great, sleep good at night and have tons of energy during the day   Now, people are  even starting to notice the changes.  Today my co-worker told me my backside was looking pretty good.

Well, I'm mid-way through my spring break fitness challenge to walk/jog 100 miles in 10 days.  I've completed 58.5 so far - so I am happy with that.  I think I just might do it!

Well, I have a week off from work.  It's either going to be either really good or really bad. Well, I just completed Week Three.   Happy to say I’m down 15 lbs. Things are going well and I’ve been exercising daily.  So, now I’ve come up with a FUN plan to keep my motivation going.
