So I am starting my journey to a healthier me. After having my first child it took me over a year to loose the baby wieght. Now with my second child I am looking forward to loosing the wieght a bit faster, I guess I am motivated more than the last time this time no post partum dipression. I am focus and ready to take on this P90X I've heard so much of. Alrighty I'll keep myself and evryone else posted...
