For some time now I have been maintaining my weight. I do however want to start to loose the extra from my thighs, my stomach and start toning those area. Also wish to tone my arms because they have gotten somewhat loose over the last three years. I had acquired more muscle on them in a 5 year period due to lifting luggage for my job. I have cut back on eating fast food just recently and had been comsuming fast food for approximately 8 meal out of a week. I do...
