Summertime activities taking up my time. No time for blogs or food planning in as much depth or detail as before.
However, Still working out, doing activities, eating well.
I weigh 152.4 today
VERY strong! high energy.
Great health, ie: fingernails, hair, digestion, energy, etc. All is good. No problems! =)

Today I weigh 155.2.
Thank goodness those vacation pounds don't stick!
It's a rest day on ChaLEAN and I will Bike an hour down to the river.

Got back from Alaska where the cook made everything with butter and sugar, and didn't believe in vegetables everyday. Woke up at 3:00 am to head out fishing. Light until 1:00 in the morning and sun back up again at 4:00. So sleep deprivation and bad diet. Less exercise too. Got a few workouts in, but not regularly.
Gained ten pounds and body is DRAGGING!
Did one hour of Yoga yesterday evening and will do BURN 2 today.
Glad to back home where I feed myself and make my own sch...

High energy
weigh 149.4 still
But a stronger, more muscle-less fat 149.4!
Homeostasis for a little bit.
Let the bod get used to this weight, and see if it's the ideal weight for me.
If not, then I'll drop a few more in awhile.
Did kegels, chin lifts and Lean 1 today.
eyesight improving I think. (I say I think, cuz it's just a small amount. ie: can read with some difficulty this screen without reading glasses.)

I weigh 149.4
Went for an hour and a half mtn. bike trail ride in Jackson. Snowy, muddy, and some dry. Good strong ride. Saw moose. Good energy level
Eyesight seems to be improving. (Lipoic acid?)

Did kegels, chinlifts and Lean 3 today but workout was hard.
Lean 3 kicks my butt.
Pretty high energy today.

I weigh 149.6 today.
Did Burn Intervals and Xtreme Abs
High energy but work out was not easy like when I am high energy and super strong. No cramps today. cruddy weather again, but attitude is better because I broke 150 (lbs). =D

Did Lean 2 but Low energy and got cramps toward the end of my workout.

Did 45 min treadmill intervals. Rest day on ChaLEAN.
Kegels, chin lifts.
runny nose and low energy. Might be cuz of the SNOW. ugh.
Ate well. just bad weather affects my attitude negatively.

Today I weigh 151.8
Did Lean 1
Had cramps as I began (just finished menstrual cycle)
Workout was HARD! today.
So maybe I was just low energy from my chemical balance.
Maybe I am pushing harder going slower, adding extras (like hamstring curls along with the biceps/calf raise exercise, etc.)
So maybe I DON'T need a new, harder workout routine, but can just tweak this one and make it harder for me.
