Today was a good day, I got back to the GYM and continued with my single set to failure and i increased my cycle time to a half an hour.  10 miles in 30 mins.  I feel good about that.  I also was able to get to the veggie stand and buy frest veggies.

The first day of the Challange

Yesterday was the beginning of my challange and i had a very difficult time staying on target.  I resorted to eating Pizza which i love.  Although i did limit myself to two pieces instead of my usual whole pizza so i did accomplish something.  I went over my calorie allowance for the day by 79 calories.  I do not know what happened.  Everything was starting to go well and all of a
