Today is February 1, 2010.............the day I start my 30-day PCOS diet. I am not to have any dairy, legumes or grains. Lots and lots of protien, veggies,fruts and nuts. I can't have peanuts because they are considered a legume so celery with peanut butter is out, but I can use other nut butters.
