Join the Fit and active Fitness Group. Go to home tab then My group. Click on Find group then type in Search. Fit and active fitness. Click on fit and active fitness then click on Join group. Great group! Thanks!

Let me just tell you this, a weight-loss plateau is an integral part of weight loss. DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED! It is your body's way of protecting you for survival purposes. The weight-loss plateau occurs because your body thinks there is a famine and has slowed your metabolism in order to conserve calories. This will happen periodically throughout your weight-loss odyssey.

That said, a plateau will usually break on its own after about three weeks, but here are several ways to help

Fit and Trim

I have just weighed in at 183 Lbs. Losing 44 lbs. I have been strength training and working my abs. It won't be long before I reach my goal of 165 lbs. I am glad to reach a whole new level of fitness. I believe I am in better shape 25 years ago. I feel that way. I can run a 1.5 miles in 12 minutes now.

Getting Trimmer and Lean

It has been almost 3 months since I have started my journey to a Healthier Me, and now I am 34 lbs lightier. I am working to keep off the rest of the weight. I need to reach my 165 lb Goal. Anyone have any ideas. It is harder to lose my weight now.

Body Building and Losing Weight

I feel like my weight loss is slowing down. Maybe if I change up on Eating and workout I will get back on track. I started to take Hydroycut Hardcore X and Changing calorie intake from 1624 to 1800 then down to 1600. I got a weight bench yesterday and will workout on it. I am looking for some results. Do anyone have any suggestions on a great workout on weight and any other comments. Thanks, Rob

Gettin' Trimmer

I am gettin trimmer by keeping the proper portion size of food and cals with the proper workout. I have now lost 19 lbs WOW!
I am so thankful for been able to control my eating schedule and getting GREAT results. I am going to start Hydroxycut Hardcore X and Gakic. I can't wait to start using it when I get it. I am helping a co-worker with his weight and high blood pressure. Boy is it high. We will start working out together because of his motivation. Happy
