Life's A Bitch

Bad weekend.......no workout and no exercise.
Today is Monday and time to get back on track.

Hip, hip, hooray.....got weighted this morning and 5lbs down. Have worked out everyday and stayed under my calories. Trying to stay away from the scale and just get weighted in every Friday. In the pass I would jump on the scale every morning and find it can be a bit discouraging.

Had a great day today , stayed on my diet plus did my FitClick workout. Had a lot of snow so also did a little shoveling.
My little six year old granddaughter is spending the night with me, before she starts back to school. She was coloring in her coloring book, so I jumped on my exercise bike......she looked over at me and said ,"nanny an old woman like you can't ride a bike"...LOL....I got into quite a tickle.

Hi Folks, I'm a new member to this site and I'm here to get off these ugly unwanted pounds. AAAh how many pounds your wondering.....85lbs to be exact. I have been overweight all of my life. I have yo yoed all of my life. Lose some gain some, lose some gain more. How many can relate with that. I've even made it to my goal weight only to gain again.
