Had an awesome workout tonight... did an hour of cardio 15 min on the elliptical, 15 on the stationary bike and 30 minutes on the stair master.... I feel great and am ready for the first day of weight training on my own tommorrow :)
diet was a bit over the calorie range today... will try and watch it more tommorrow.
