30/30/40 is a bit more tricky then I thought

30% fat
30% protein
40% carbs
Today I went over in protein after having a cheeseburger for lunch and just cereal and milk for breakfast. I'm finding it hard to fit in my planned turkey sausage, peppers and onions for dinner without going over. This is a little difficult I found since I am now recording my food and meals here on fit click. Luckily I'm able to alter my afternoon snack quite a bit to get my desired daily balance of fat, protein and carbs. Apple and crackers here I come. Although I really wanted cottage cheese or almonds. Beggers can't be choosers now and I'm begging to be a healthy new me.
Bought a measuring tape today and was totally disgusted that my measurements are mostly in the 40s. My weight has maintained so I was hoping to see some better results with my body measurements.
