I had a good day training today. I ate well and followed a low cal diet. I had a good workout with Garen lifting weights. I am gaining some confidence that if I stick with this that I can meet my goal.
I found a cool website that helps to calculate calories from when my wife cooks. She made some outstanding Banana Poppy Seed Muffins tonight with an awesome glace. I calculated on line that each muffin contained approx. 205 calories. In the past I would have wolfed down about 4 or 5. Tonight I calculated that I could have 1 and only go over my cal limit by a little, so I did it. I can have another with a glass of milk in the morning and stay under my cal limit for breakfast.
The great thing about this website is that it allows me to be in total control. I eat what I want and I just try to stay in line with my cal intake. It's working great!~
