So yesterday went well, better than I thought and I actually enjoyed going to the grocery store and getting my pork rinds and almonds. My 2 dozen eggs, 10 cans of green beans and ham, chicken, turkey, and every other meat I could get my hands on! lol I had a really good salad for lunch and have decided to make BBQ chicken in the crock-pot for dinner this evening. I will fix deviled eggs and green beans with it. Yummy! I am doing ok with my food, its drinks thats killing me, I dont want just water but everything else has carbs. Ugh! I think I'll try and get some sugar free Kool-Aid. That'd be good!
