Hi Folks, I'm a new member to this site and I'm here to get off these ugly unwanted pounds. AAAh how many pounds your wondering.....85lbs to be exact. I have been overweight all of my life. I have yo yoed all of my life. Lose some gain some, lose some gain more. How many can relate with that. I've even made it to my goal weight only to gain again. 

Here I am 53 years old and 215lbs and just want to get it off and keep it off. I have also been in a few relationships. The last one I was in ended just a few months ago. My weight seems to control my relationships. I lose weight I get involved with someone....I gain weight I lose them.

So my New Years resolution is to reach my goal weight of 130lbs for the umpteen time. Oh I know what your saying.....if she couldn't do it and keep it off before, why is this time different. Well does anyone really know if they lose the pounds they'll keep them off, I'm praying this is the year!!

Day 1:- stayed within my calorie allowance for the day. Off to ride my bike......
