Well, I woke up and got the kids off to school this morning. After that I decided to do my 40 minute pilates workout to get me warmed up and stretched out. After my pilates I did every workout that I had for today, just not as many reps as I would have liked, but I will do a little more each day until I reach my target. I felt pretty good afterwards, except for my pounding headache. So I decided to take an afternoon nap. When I woke it was time for the kids to get home so I made them an afterschool snack and made myself some lunch. All I had was a sandwich, chips and a soda; After putting in these foods under my diet plan I realized I have already ate up more than half the calories for today. It is harder than I thought to eat right. I went and bought some bottled water and pretzels hoping tomorrow I can cut down on my calorie intake. I will just keep tweeking my routine until I find what works best for me.
