I truely think what needs to change is how we look at ourselfs. I know people want to be skinny and "hot" Or whatever is running in your mind when you think of diets you think you will be skinny in a few weeks but in all reality it takes months sometimes years to get how you want to look or sometimes you just give up.. I understand being healthy or working out to get slim but when people dont see them selfs how the want to they offen dont eat. Just watch what you eat and it will be better. Like I was eating over 4000cals a day and now im down to 1200 it was all the sodas and chip ect...Try eating an apple not a whole bag of chips or try a snack size bag. Try diet soda not the kinda that stuffed with sugar!! I think if we look at ourselfs and think I may not be a size "3" but im truely happy. Dont let a size get in they way of your happyness If you want to drop a few lbs then do it but dont waste your whole life trying to look like the woman on tv. Dont think if you look like that you will get a guy any faster if he only likes you for your looks then you should want a man like that. Thanks Meganne
