Hi everyone!
So today is the first day that I've been on my diet. It mid afternoon now and I have managed to stay strongso far. I had fruit for breakfast and a weight watchers meal for Lunch. I was planning on having a salad but we have hardly any food in our house at the moment because the snow in my area has been so bad we've not really been able to get out and go shopping. Plus I have no money at all so I have to wait for my family to go shopping and then tag along to make sure they pick up some healthy food for me. Was so surprised to learn just how much carbohydrate is in pineapple (my favorite) I obviously knew it'd be a fair bit as its so sweet, but THAT much. Maybe carbs arent the enemy after all? If I stick to low calorie and fat foods then I guess I'll get the same results eventually. I have done Atkins before and got so bad that I would fantasise about bread and pasta, it was really weird. Needless to say I didnt last that long on it and the weight all piled back on within like a week, just annoying!!!
Anyway, I may write later, depending if today goes well or not. It looks like I'll be having another weight watchers meal for dinner. It'd mean that my calories for the day will be a bit low, but I'd rather them be too low than too high!!
