I can finally see the weight moving now...thank goodness......it's good to see the results of the hard work...and it is hard work!! and i'm finding the walking getting too easy, i think it's time to step it up a notch..although i don't think my walking buddy will like it too much if i ask her to start jogging!! its 4 weeks until i go to lodon for a wedding so i would like to be comfortable..so on with the hard work..!!!!!
