Great Fit Click workout this morning. The alarm went off at 6:30am, and boy did I want to hit snooze! I did good though, got up even though my bedroom was freezing got dressed and made it to the gym. I have humbled myself to realize I am now a "beginner". No starting at intermediate or advanced, and that is a hard thing to accept. I wrote my workout down on a notecard and having the exercises with the suggested weight really helped me. I did do an extra set because I do know better, two sets is too beginner for me...I want my results! I have to work hard! Went to Jamba Juice after and got a wheatgrass & 16 oz berry fufilling (only drank 8oz) and was feeling great. Till I got home and threw up!!! I felt like I was watching an episode of the Biggest Loser! I cannot believe I threw up! Feeling better now, ate a hard boiled egg and some water.
It feels great to say I got that out of the way for the day, so tonight when I am exhausted I can relax and do whatever I like
