Time for Lent or what willing to give up this time

This year I'm mixing it up a little bit. Instead of simply giving something up I am going to do something for 40 days to better myself and maybe after 40 days I'll see better results and keep at it. So not only am I giving up soda and Fast Food ( if i can pick it up through a drive thru not eating it) Applebee's and other restaurants still ok !!! I am going to live healthier. I think I have hubby schedule figured out that I (with help from above) should be able to work out at least 3 x a week for 2 hours each time. Coming from nothing that is going to help a lot. My husband has decided not to say anything about it. But since I now have a hurt elbow not sure how that is going to affect me (find out later today) then hopefully i will still be able to swim etc in water to help joints and muscles. I also figured that the road around my house where houses haven't been built yet is about a mile so in nicer weather I can take the stroller and the kid and walk/run it and work my way up to 10-15 like i used to when i trained for the marathon. I remember I LOVED the longer runs.. I complained till I hit 5 (of course i had the feeling like i wanted to pee for the first 5 miles) and loved the longer runs.. helped clear my head and love listening to music sometimes too.
