renewed my health club membership today...... and signed up for 1 personal training session. I figure if i do 4 over the next two months help get me on track and watch my progress.... now to get the hubby involved too. Worried about his weight and how solid his stomach as begun... used to soften and flatten out when he didn't drink and he doesn't drink hardly ever now but still bloated and hard....
