Wow its so hard to get that little engine going.
You plan it out your all ready than you kind of put the start off again.
I'm a brain injury survivor and in the 80s big time armature bodybuilder now im coming up on my late 40s a grand father thinking do I really need it.
I find myself making more excuses to procrastinating rather than just grabbing ahold.
I'm the youngest of 10 and im the only one that has not had to watch my blood pressure or had a heart attack but I know if I don't turn back give up my pipe and start taking my health and weight into consideration I will be next.
I know I will never bodybuild again heck im getting old the joints hurt most of the time.
Have any of you faced this procrastination problem and if so how did you over come it?
The most important reason I need to get going is my son he is a deputy sheriff and he is in worst shape than I am I suppose I figure if he sees the old man can do it he can.
I'm open to suggestions thanks.
