I seemed better able to control what I ate today. Not perfect but much better. Didn't do any form of exercise though and don't think I will tomorrow yet. Haven't had much sleep the past few days due to awake coughing and blowing my nose all night. So I'm kind of wiped out plus any excertion makes my cough start up.
I'm working the weekend, of course working every Fri night is normal. Which after taking this past Fri off I may be better off working Fridays since I seem to eat way to much otherwise. I work Sat. evening and come right back in Sun. AM. Before work Sat. I'm going shopping for Birthday Girl Kylie (my soon to be 8 yr old Grandaughter) with my StepMom! That will include going for lunch some where. I need to gather strength to order ONLY a salad. My time at work doesn't bother me to much. I take my food and rarely buy anything extra. But after work Sunday is Kylies Bday party! Pizza!!!! I won't be able to refuse it. Plus I'm sure there will be cake. I will try really, really hard to pass cake up!!!!
Monday and Tues are my days off, hopefully by then I will feel better and be able to start some exercising again. It will be two weeks that I didn't do any. I'm so disappointed in my self because I was doing so good. I believe on Mon I'm babysitting grandson two yr old Brandon and Tues I'll be back to my friends house on attic clean up mission again! So these are my plans for the next couple days and finally things are somewhat back to normal. My goal is to get and stay back on track. Every one have a wonderful healthy weekend!
