I have to do this! I can't even think about giving up. I 'm not, don't get me wrong, but I might read this one day when Im really down. It can kinda be my encouragement.
Today has been a struggle all in it's own. I have had trouble with the kids' dad and grandmother today. That got me down emotionally. So in turn, I found it hard to eat enough to maintain my milk. I am well below my need for calorie and fat intake, which would be great if I wasn't nursing.
I guess I will try to squeeze in an extra snack this evening.
