My husband and I decided to try and diet together since we both have 50lbs to loose.
We've never tried this before and thought it might be fun to blog about our combined efforts to achieve our goals.
I'm certain he will reach his weight goal before I do...just because he's a man..(not fair)..but if any couples have successfully dieted together and have any tips for the lady to keep up, I'm all ears!
We are committed to eat healthier and at least for me, will try and excercise for 30 min, 3-5 x per week.
