Do Over

Don't they get a "do over' in golf? Well, I'm taking a "do over". I thought I was pretty much doing the right thing but since I"ve been stuck for a few weeks... I guess I"m not doing the right things. So, I'm taking a do over & starting again today. I was keeping track during the week, but not the weekend. This past weekend was a party & Mother's Day. I ate too much and am not keeping track. When I was younger (and that's the key word) I could diet during the week & eat on the weekends and still lose weight. Well that's not working anymore. I have to change how I eat EVERYDAY to get results...and lasting results. So I am starting over today and will keep track over the weekend.
