Fell Off the Wagon, But I'm Back!

So, as of last May I had lost 38 lbs. Then Sean came home from bootcamp and it was a constant cycle of eating out and making good (fattening) dinner for him. He left again for school and I stayed stuck in that rut, eating out, not counting calories, giving myself huge portion sizes. To even further complicate things, rugby season ended and I turned 21. Grrrrr. So I gained some weight back, not a lot but I can definitely tell in the way my pants fit and the way I look in the mirror. I'm not proud of myself anymore and I don't feel as confident as I did. So I'm back. And I'm going to give it another shot. My parents have both been working really hard to lose weight and so far my dad has lost 80ish pounds and my mom has lost 40ish. They are inspiring and I want to get healthy with them.

On a better note, I made the most delicious garlic shrimp and avacado taco for lunch and I have rugby tonight.

It would be great if I got a support system on here again, but if not at least putting my thoughts down into words and tracking my weight makes me accountable in some aspect.

Have a great day!
