I started this website to journal my weight lose and to seriously motivate myself to get moving. Enough is enough!!! I am back at my heaviest weight, mentally I feel amazing but physically I feel like shit! I have been having heart problems again, can't sleep, leg cramps and feel very lazy with low energy!!! I'm sick of my clothes not fitting again, I'm sick of not feeling sexy and athletic! I have an apple shape body and I carry mostly all of my weight in my belly area..I love my buddha belly because it has been my protector in the past but now it just gets in the way when I do yoga, running it bounces and i can't wear fitted tops or dresses! I want to regain my youthful body i once had before my car accident and before college and depression...I will overcome this!!
