So...it's been at least a year and a half since my last entry. I guess I've been a little too preoccupied with fat loss challenges elsewhere. I did not get as lean as I hoped for, but getting there. I'm at about 27% body fat from 30+. Now down to a size 38 waist size (from 44 when I started all this) and I've changed a lot of my habits for the better. Had some knee pain recently so in the middle of physical therapy for that. Going well and hardly any pain the past few days. Stairs and kneeling seem to be the only things that really aggravate it right now, but I'm also not doing any lower body exercises outside of therapy. I did start with bodyweight squats at PT last night so looking forward to continued progress.
Oh yeah, in the Top 25 on the points leaderboard as well. Hoping to make top 20 this year though I am not sure I'll be able to keep up with all the challenges and whatnot I'll give it the old college try as they say.
