Primary Muscles Trained:  Spinal Erectors
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps, Trapezius

Stand in front of two kettlebells, legs wider than shoulder width. Bend and grip one in each hand. Swing both, using your hips to create the motion. Think of your arms as the chains holding the wrecking ball, they should not be powering the motion.
