Calories Burned:  1,235 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

Jump rope at a fast pace for 20 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Repeat for 23 Rounds or 15 minutes. Cool down by walking and stretching. Pace may be adjusted for weight of rope(lighter the rope, more jumps).
