Calories Burned:  138 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

water Zumba in a pool at the gym. Instructor has us doing all kinds of dancing. We do everything like the video of Zumba on tv but in the pool. We use pool arm weights but instead of lifting them up to cha-cha we push them in the water up and down and roll them in front us for a full minute then dance some more. We move left and right, move in circles while all along using the water weights.
