5/45/50 this diet is set at 2000 calories, but I need to take in only 1500 for success. On the Atkin's diet you do not track calories per se...but carbs. You may loose faster on lower calories, but can you remain on the diet at that? Its up to you. Keto diets. A encourage high fat content, 5/25/70 but this program won't let me enter it that way. way...so this should work for a long term diet....especially for those extremely
overweight. ALSO...I find that consumption of at least 16 oz of green rites a day..helps immensely.
