Hello!!
Hi,
My name is Kelly. I have been poking around the forums and fit click in general for a couple of weeks and I figure it's time I introduced myself.
I am a 26 year old mom of one.

3 years ago I thought I had the battle of the bulg won. I didn't get down to my goal weight but I had lost 65 lbs and I was happy with where I was. I had also run out of will power to stick to my strick diet (I learned the hard way that was the wrong way to lose weight).

Over the next 3 years I've put back on about 30 lbs and I figured something needed to change. The goal is to loss 45lbs the right way and keep it off this time!

It seems like you have opted for a very slow diet plan. And I think it is best for our health too. If there is a fast change in our body then our body can not accept it in the right way. clipping path service provider company So, slow weight loss is always the best.
