NEW MEMBER NEEDS HELP!
Hi everyone, I joined yesterday hoping to get an excercise program for home. I have the following equipment. A treadmill, an eliptical, weight bench, free weights, bands and an Ab Pro machine. I am a diabetic and used to go to the gym 3 times a week with a trainer and was very fit and healthy. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to go to the gym and my body has gone to pot. I have also gained 15 menapausal pounds. HELP! Does anyone have a workout program to recommend?

Sounds like you have everything you need right at home. Since you're already familiar with working out just start out slow and those 15 pounds will come off before you know it. Good luck!

The equiptment is neutral in the matter, it cares not whether it is used or not. LOL.
