New and working hard already

So far, pretty good.
Day three today of me actually doing workouts and tracking. So far it has gone very well, I am keeping up with my tracking and workouts. But I had some issues with my run today so I am going to seek some professional guidance aabout how to continue.

Good for you for seeking some professional advice before continue with your running to avoid injury. Perhaps there is a running group in your area you could join to get guidance and support. That's how I started out. It worked very well for me. I ran a 1/2 marathon last fall and never had a single injury. Good luck!
