No more procrastinaating the weigt is comming off
I am new I am highly motivated today to do whatever it takes...so far I have not really started the diet but tommorrrow the plan is to get the right foods into the house and also to start tracking what I eat and also to get ride of the foods in the house that I shouldn't have. I have a goal to lose 35 lbs. This will take strenght, determination, a strong will, no excuses and absolutly no procastination....This is doable in a three month period but just to make it fair caause i am an old hen I am giving myself 4 months to lose the weight,,,,i hope you all are watching and are going to give me support and encouragement wen I need it and i will do the same in return. Hey we are on our way to becomming the biggest Winners. We will be gaining health, energy, looks and all because we are losing the weight ....I am so looking forwrd to June 19th cause that is when my goal will be achieved. Mark my words!
