hi my name is sal and ive come back to fitclick after having my 4th child, he is now 4 weeks old and im ready to get back into my fitness to lose a couple more stone, before i fell pregnant i had lost nearly 2 stone and while i was pregnant i only put on 1lb, i have since lost another 9lbs just through eating sensibly, i now need to up my game a bit as running about after 4 kids is very tiring and i need to be fitter, need to lose a total of about 4 stone to get to my goal weight and need all the help and support i can get, in return i will gladly support any of you too, so if you need to chat, moan, or even gloat lol im here to listen, thanks sal xx
