I have been really distracted lately, not focused at all on my diet and exercise. I haven't even been blogging on here and keeping track of my diet and exercise. I feel like crap. The week or so that I was following up and on on track, I wasn't so grouchy and I stayed motivated through out the day. Ive probably gained a few extra pounds, which does not make me happy at all. Alright I am back on track with my workouts. I went walking today, four miles. I will probably go again after the kiddos are in bed. I am siked! I love it!

It has been three days since I have gone walking...It is driving me nuts. Because I haven't gone walking, I don't get motivated to do anything else. I love reading my books, but my legs are getting restless. My mission today is to find a stroller for Jaxon. Then I have no excuses!

I am not too pleased with myself this morning. I wanted to go walking last night and didn't. I didn't sit around eating which is good, I went to the prayer furnace, but I didn't go walking afterwards. It was getting really late at night.
I wish I would have gotten up really early this morning to go, but dad took the only working car to work. Why not walk around the neighbo...

I woke up this morning right at seven to get my daughter up for school, but now that Im up I dont want to do a stinkin' thing. I dont even want to make coffee to help me wake up. Some super motivation would be nice....
I do want to go walking this morning. It'll help get my day going. I guess Ill just go put on my workout clothes, and absolutely not sit down for ANYTHING!!!! theres my motivation for today...

I went out on a walk with a friend of mine this evening. We walked four miles, it felt so great to have someone to talk to while we walked. It went by so much faster. I like walking at night. The air is nice and cool, I dont feel so much like Im over doing it. I push myself just as hard when it comes to how fast Im walking but It doesn't seem so stressful. I can enjoy it. I am up and ready to go this morning. Im really excited about going walking. I found this really cool path that is exactly two miles there and two miles back, so I can meet my four mile goal every morning!!!
I am going today to try and find the Reebok toner shoes, and some dumb bells to do my resistence training on days that I dont walk.
