star warming up by steping on to the machine on a slow speed for 5min,increase to high for 1min,decrease to med speed for 5min,increase to high speed for 2min keep on goin for 30 mins to 1 hour increasing the mins and speed when your on the 5 min interval,ewhen you reach 5 min on the second interval decrease the min to go back to one min and then increase again..have a great workout..

    i feel pretty good after my first day of working out with the excercise suggest by this site.but here is a note for everyone else if you going to play basketball for three hours make sure you snack on something before you play.
