    Well I didn't workout yesterday or tuesday but I was able to do so today. I am very proud of myself, I workout in my apt cardio and strength. I just made workout eqpt out of things here. Mrs. McGuyver they usually call me. lol. It feels good to not have quit on myself. I hope that the enthusiasm stays.

  • hi well im using the jillian michaels:no more trouble zones it hepls alot and your body hurts after the workout anywyas it targets all your body and works every inch of it. i bought my dvd on barns and noble online it cost me 7.49 plus tax and shipping and hadling which is the total of 11.34 which is cheap but to me its worth it anyways hope i was a help
