Another 2...?

Last nite was a good one....even though I didn't go to the gym, I did some sit ups and a coupl of push ups that i guess don't count but ohh well! I tried! Dinner wasn't that bad or too heavy nor light! But to my surprise, I weighed myself today and I'm down 2 more pounds...is that possible? can it be true?
I'll take it though....I'm happy and now I have the energy to keep it up..I hope!
