Day six

As I wrote on friday I went to a summerhouse this weekend, well I did good diet wise but not so good exercise wise and really because the weather was not good.
Although I had a beer on friday evening and a white vine on saturday.... I planned to do so... but it is ofcourse not healthy so today and tomorrow will be very strict for me.
I started today like always, nothing different other then my daughter is gaining weight so it´s bit harder to carrie her. I went back home and slept for 1 hours, cause I was too tired to go straight to the gym.
Went to the gym and did 300 crunches and ran uphill for 35 min, didn´t have more time to work out because school started today after christmas vacation.
After school I picked up my daughter, we played... I cooked dinner and now I have to study.
Breakfast: Herbalife shake, blended with 100ml of superberry juice and water.
Morning snack: 1 orange bell pepper (tiny one) and 1 mandarin.
Lunch: Herbalife shake blended with 235ml of homemaid fruit juice and water.
Coffee: 1 Appel, 10g of popcorn (popped without oil) and 100 ml of berry juice.
Dinner: Homemaid veg lasagne with black beans.
