The "what if's" of life.

I know we all think about the "what ifs" Like what if I was skinny "what if" I  looked like her. Well I think we should be happy in our own skin if you dont like your body then do something about it I know the "what ifs" Are way easyer than getting to the gym or watching what you eat. But "what if" dont get us very far in life But they sure are fun to think about right? "What if" I win the lottery?!?! You know but the point is that there is a time for "what ifs" and a time to really do something. Im not saying go out and work yourself to death but dont just sit and eat a bag of chips! Go for a walk or run!
