I weighed myself on Saturday and I lost 3 pounds! Yay! I was relieved to see the number actually go down.
Had a party to go to on Saturday so I made that my cheat day. I made a super healthy dish to bring with me so I tried to put that on my plate first. Still went to the gym on Saturday and had a great workout. Sunday I was back on track with eating right, no workout on Sunday though (gotta take one day off). Ready to hit the gym now, feeling my energy drop. I am feeling really energized and more positive during the day, and tired at night...falling asleep easily. Too easy in fact, I woke up on the couch twice!
