Back at the Gym

Well, after a week off due to a cold, I returned to the gym. A week ago I was able to run 2 miles straight. Today I barely made it to 1.75 miles. Oh well, it could have been worse. The most amazing part is that I was still able to drop 2 more pounds last week. Goal weight here I come!!
