"Curves Circuit" workout worked out

I spent an hour working out how to work the Workout Tracker. I'd picked somebody's workout who said they'd entered in all the Curves stuff, but it wasn't doing anything. I finally found the "submit" button (doh!), and everything suddenly made sense. I added a 5 minute brisk walk for my hulahoop warmup and a 15 minute recovery jog for my rest-mat dancing, and saved it as Curves Circuit. Feel free to adopt it!
I used Copy Day to every MWF since I joined, submitted them all, and now Home::My Progress shows negative net Calories on my workout days! Woot!
