Dang Candy...

So, I had some candy today.
I blew the "Low-carb" part of my diet all apart for the day - but really - I'm still down several hundred calories for the day.
In some ways this was a bad thing - but on the other hand - I only had 6 snack-sized portions and I was around candy pretty much all day. So, yeah, this was cheating, but it is still _SO_ much better then how I would have handled it this time last year.
This week hasn't been the best for me from a compliance perspective.
I will re-double my efforts tomorrow for the new month.
