Day 1

I woke up at 6 am this morning. I am so ready for the gym. Unfortunately I have to wait. Not only are the kids still sleeping but the gym's daycare doesn't open till 8 am.
I didn't get to register yesterday for the contest so I'm going to do it today. Then I plan on doing HIIT cardio. I'm following the Body For Life program. It's free and customizable. Like any workout program, it's intense. I think I can do it though.
My plan is to do weights on Mon, Wed, Fri and cardio on Tues, Thurs, and Sat. A 6 day workout week is what usually helps me keep it up. I also figure that taking a yoga class on Sunday mornings might help with soreness. All that stretching is great for the body!
So, I'm going to wake up the kids at about 7:30 and when they've had breakfast (and me too) we're going to the gym.
