Doing great so far

Today I went to the gym and was on the elliptical for 15 min. It may not sound like much but for me that's a lot! So far my calories are around 800. So far so good. Lunch is a few less calories than breakfast was and dinner will be.
Saturdays are my cheat day. Mostly because every Saturday we have a bunch of friends come over to game. It's easier to get pizza than to cook for 10+ people. So I'll allow myself some pizza and soda tonight. But for the rest of the day I'm going to eat healthy.
Tomorrow I have yoga and I'm really looking forward to that. Not looking forward to the time. 8:30 am is REALLY early for a Sunday morning for me. I'm going to have to leave here about 8 am to make sure the kids are settled in the gym's daycare before class.
Still, I'm really looking forward to it. :D Doing yoga once a week will really help with sore muscles!
